This is Mark. He’s Catholic, he complains about it a lot, and he keeps trying anyway.
A Crappy Catholic is Mark Kwasny thinking out loud about faith, people, and the daily frustration of being alive. Mark is irritable. He notices too much. He wants the world to make sense and gets annoyed when it doesn’t—which is often.
Some episodes are about Catholicism directly. Others are about life, human stupidity, self-awareness, and the gap between who we’re supposed to be and who we actually are. None of it is polished. None of it is inspirational on purpose.
Mark isn’t a model Catholic. Not even close. He’s just someone who keeps showing up, keeps wrestling with faith, and keeps talking—sometimes humorously, sometimes darkly, sometimes both—because pretending to have it together would be worse.
