About This Podcast
When the world feels like it’s constantly on fire, how do you keep showing up with love, empathy, and self-respect?
This dynamic mom-daughter duo is figuring it out in real time—through vulnerability, laughter that heals old wounds, some good old-fashioned reminiscing, and the occasional (okay, more than occasional) well-earned expletive.
Harlow is a social worker who has lovingly dragged her mom, Stephanie, into doing a podcast with her to talks relationship and the messy beauty of growing together as women, come bullshit or good shit (excuse-ish the language).
Each episode hopes to leave you feeling a little less alone and a little more understood amid all the chaos.
This podcast began as a follow-up adventure to her first big leap—writing her debut book, Refund Please, set for release in late 2025. Learn more at refund-please.com
