It is made from the point of view of a freelance web designer based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Each episode explores one idea at a time. I talk about what I see working, what causes problems, and how tech can better support real people and real businesses. This podcast is for: - Small business owners - People interested in design and technology - Anyone running a business in North Yorkshire or nearby - You do not need to be technical. I focus on clarity, not jargon. I have experience of designing websites since the '90s, and worked over a decade as a freelancer. In that time, I have seen how confusing and frustrating technology can be when it is not designed with people in mind. I started this podcast to share what I have learned, think out loud about the industry, and connect with more people locally. I care about making tech work for people, not the other way around.
