Cesar...The founder started as an expat who needed to do his taxes himself, he then decided to learn more about expat taxes until he became an Enrolled Agent and licensed to practice in The US Tax Court. Cesar has a bachelor degree in Business Management, a minor in Economics, an associate in Computer Science; and he is a certified Financial Risk Manager and has worked with insurance, foreign investments, real estate and foreign businesses.
