Welcome to the Dear Candidate Podcast, my name is Tosin Anifowose and I am a tech recruiter with experience helping candidates both personally and through my articles as they go through the job search phase. I will therefore like to extend this initiative to many more people which is why I am starting this podcast. This podcast seeks to educate and to demystify your search journey because at the end of the day, all you need is just 1 yes and it will surely come.
