Welcome to Married to Landscaping, a podcast devoted to the women who sit behind our landscapers, who may or may not have an official role in the business but we never-the-less feel the struggles, the stress, the distraction, the worry and we strive for a more balanced and happier life where we can have more time with our husband, our kids get the best of their dad and we start living rich and full lives.

I am your host, Yasmin Schaff - wife of a landscaper running a 7 figure business, mum of 3 beautiful boys and founder of Hive Drive, the business automation platform designed to help landscapers run their businesses with less effort so they can spend more time on the things that count! because God knows the world needs a little more happiness in it right now!

I was fed up with our evenings being stolen by late-night quoting, chasing invoices, and playing phone tag with clients. I knew there had to be a better way, so I went on a mission to rebuild our landscaping business from the ground up.

By leveraging AI and automation, we didn’t just grow the business; we bought back our freedom. Today, we homeschool our three boys, spend three months every year with family in England, and prioritise new experiences over paperwork.

But then I realised: most landscaping families are still stuck where we used to be. They’re working harder than they need to and missing out on the meaningful moments that actually count. Now, my mission has grown. I want to show every landscaping family stuck in the daily grind, just how to we used technology and systems to reclaim our time and create a business that work for us - and not the other way around!.

We don’t claim to have all the answers, but we have built a business that truly works for us. Each week, we "dig in" to a specific area of the business; from lead generation to customer service, and show you exactly how we streamlined it through automation.
