Flt. Lt. Sonali Shirpurkar is a passionate Soft Skills Trainer and a Leadership Coach with 16 plus years of diverse professional experience empowering individuals and organisations to thrive. Leveraging her diverse background in Engineering, Management, Media, and Aviation, Sonali creates customized and interactive workshops focusing on communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and personal branding.
A certified Soft Skills Trainer and published author, Sonali's expertise extends beyond the classroom. Previously a Flight Lieutenant in the Indian Air Force, she brings a unique blend of discipline, leadership, and communication skills to the table.
