An accomplished business consultant with more than 30 years of professional accounting experience, Marla DiCarlo is the Co-owner and CEO of Raincatcher. Raincatcher has been named by Inc. Magazine as #1 Business Broker, Best Workplace in 2020, and #376 on Inc. 5000 List in 2021.
Born into a family of entrepreneurs, Marla’s experience spans many different facets of business, including accounting, M&A, finance and management.
From 2000 to 2008, Marla worked as Director of Accounting for an M&A and investment group that specialized in the purchase, capitalization, and management of real estate and businesses in various sectors. While there, she was responsible for new business deals, investments, and financing and has worked with groups such as Credit Suisse First Boston, ISS Group, Venture West Group, and Madison Dearborn Partners. In 2009, Marla started a fractional CFO, accounting and bookkeeping company which she eventually sold to a private equity group in 2016.
Marla has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a member of several professional organizations. Originally from Arizona, she currently lives in Colorado with her family.
