The Naked Conversations Podcast is a space where humour, honesty, embodiment and spirituality all come together for connections sake; so we can meet soul to soul, and drop the masks that hold us captive.
Hosted by Emerant Mairead, a Liberation guide; with a background as a social worker and a former exotic dancer she is a lifelong truth seeker and student of the great mystery.
In her work she weaves somatics, elemental wisdom, ancestral remembrance, with the pathways of consciousness into grounded, honest conversations about healing the wounds of the feminine so that we can come home to ourselves, whole and integrated.
Each episode is an invitation to soften into your wild and free nature, to reconnect with the land and your lineage, and to remember the wisdom your body has held all along. Through story, somatic insight, and soulful dialogue, Emerant and her guests explore trauma-informed healing, ancestral wisdom, natural laws, the nature of consciousness, somatic sovereignty, gnostic wisdom, intuitive development, mysticism, adventure, music and the sacred erotic, and what it really means to live in relationship with life.
