Leadership has always been a present gift even as a child in AAnn Baker’s earth journey. In the year 2005, God gave Aann her next assignment to form, organize and launch the ‘Sword Sisters Alliance Ministries’ Sword Sisters Alliance Ministries offers service to leaders of the faith within diverse arenas and developing new leadership hearts called to build God’s kingdom by loving God’s most precious creation, ‘Humanity.’

The services the SS Alliance offers remains relative to the leader of God. The Alliance was formed to uphold the leader during their own challenges and confusions they themselves face. Many like callings of serving have thrown in the gauntlet in despair and during their own challenges and confusion. The Alliance (SSAM) has been called to hold up their arms while on assignments on earth.

SSAM ushers the leader into discovering their own God woven gifts in order to help direct them out of what many times seems to present confusion as to their own calling. This may be one on one sessions or group training sessions. For the leader with deep seeded personal challenges, the Alliance is dedicated the 3rd Friday of every month, to “The Leaders Prayer,” to uphold the Servant Leader of God through their many challenges. ‘The Leaders Prayer begin by praying for their own personal prayer requests. Contact by phone or email allows the Alliance to connect with the leader. The Leader’s prayer has become a powerful tool of service for the leader.

The Alliance offers in person and online Royal Bibles studies for the Leader, led by well-known respected Faith leaders and longtime generals of the Faith who have learned to endure and persevere in the face of it while remaining in Victory through their own life-locked journeys of serving.

The Alliance becomes an ongoing spiritual go to place of rest, prayer and training for leaders. Leaders who have formed an alliance with us, each within their own calling, learn to become life- long learners withstanding the never-ending fiery darts.

The Alliance is there for Ministers of the Faith and their spouses, business leaders, or new leaders needing guidance. The Alliance is always there to assist the leader of God in reclaiming their perseverance through the promise of God’s strength.

This Alliance has been called to help in preparing the Church on earth, as crucial times continue unfolding. The Alliance has now extended its borders into the Latin Culture, and continues to establish the Sword Brothers.

Aann’s long earth journey with God comes with extensive education, experience and full-on encounters, allowing her to lead with conviction, an Alliance of Faith Leaders and the continual creating of even stronger Leaders by their own mission statement of “Leave No Woman Behind.”

Expert Servant Leadership comes equipped with both Bachelor and Master of Arts in Leadership and always with the emphasis of her Conviction to Lead in the established ways within the Written Word of God.

This Alliance sounds the trumpet of reminding leaders that while God first created us in His mage because He first loved us, He also created each one of us for a special purpose and assignment here on earth. Baker reminds the leader of God that our citizenship is of Heaven and while God has us on assignment on earth, we are indestructible until our assignment is completed.
