For over 17 years, I've been supporting leaders and organizations on the path to greater consciousness and effectiveness. And yet, one feeling remained.I was working for and in systems that I no longer believed in myself - until I came across approaches such as NER and KRISOS, clear, radical paths to genuine self-organization. They show purpose and profit don't have to be mutually exclusive. With these interviews, I want to help this movement take root in other countries.
