Quiddity Property Education helps property investors to maximise their return on their investment by buying blocks of flats, on one freehold and creating value through negotiation, refurbishment and title splitting. We aim to add at least 25% of value so that we can use that ‘new value created’ to use as deposit and refinance all our deposit out of each deal, in effect, getting 100% mortgages on refinance. This allows investors to keep re-using their capital to buy even more blocks of flats. We see consistent applications of this strategy achieve £10,000 per month passive rental income within 4/5 years. Starting funds can be as low as £30,000.
