I’m Katia! I grew up with a lot of self doubt and comparing myself to other people that lead me to hospitalisation 4 times and leaving home at 15. I thought I always had it ‘put together’, but after coming to university I realised I still have a lot to learn.
Now I’m documenting that process, balancing studies, solo travel, and healing from perfectionism and body image struggles, showing what becoming independent really looks like in your twenties.
