About This Podcast
Audiotrain is AudioUK’s skills and training platform dedicated to raising the bar in podcasting and audio across the industry; from entry level to leadership; audio to video; marketing to monetisation; production to promotion, narrative to always on, commissioned to self-published, and everything in between.
It offers a wide range of on-demand content specially designed for podcast and audio professionals, content creators, as well as new entrants to the industry who want to sharpen their skills, stay ahead of trends, and grow their audience.
Built around three core skills areas: Creative, Business, and Technical, each session is led by top industry professionals and packed with practical insights, tools, and tips you can apply right away, whether you’re producing shows or managing content at scale.
It is run by AudioUK, the industry body dedicated to advancing the podcast and audio industry, by fostering innovation, supporting creators and businesses, and driving commercial and creative growth.
Audiotrain has been awarded funding by the BBC for a three year period, in order to run an ambitious programme of online and in person training, to address skills gaps across the UK – many thanks to the BBC for their support.
