About the Host
Sha Nacino is a global keynote speaker and thought leader on human connection, former Adjunct Faculty at the Asian Institute of Management, and author of 17 books, including SEEN: Good Leaders Have Vision. Great Leaders See. and SPEAK ANYWAY.
She is the first and only Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) in the Philippines, a distinction held by only the top 12% of speakers worldwide. Sha is also the only Filipino and Asian recognized alongside Tony Robbins and Simon Sinek in Global Gurus’ list of the World’s Top 30 Motivational Speakers.
Once painfully shy, struggling with stage fright, and speaking English as her third language, Sha now speaks on global stages to audiences of up to 8,000 people across Asia, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. She founded virtual summits like the HR Summit Global™ (10,000 participants from 32 countries) and the World Gratitude Summit™ (15,000 participants from 49 countries).
