Duane Newton, PhD, is an accomplished board-certified clinical microbiologist whose more than 20 years as a laboratory director in public health and academic medical centers have equipped him with deep leadership and mentoring experience. Building on this foundation of guiding teams and fostering growth in complex scientific environments, Duane now channels his expertise into career development coaching through DWN Consulting, which he founded in 2023. He is deeply committed to empowering individuals in the scientific and clinical fields as they discover and navigate their unique professional and personal paths.
