A place where we can laugh, cry and confess how we survive the daily battles and wild ride of life!
Each Tuesday, sit down with Em Armstrong, founder of Saltbush Stretch; a yoga and pilates studio that's online and in-person in Hay NSW.
Saltbush Stretch is so not just about yoga and pilates - it's a family, a community of high vibing women who, yes, love to move their bodies but also want to be a part of something BIGGER and BETTER - hence the SALTBUSH BABES podcast. We can't wait for you to join us!
