The Flawed Dad Podcast is an honest exploration of the real challenges men face in fatherhood. Too often, we find ourselves pulled toward our own desires—whether it’s work, hobbies, sex — all at the expense of truly connecting with our children. The consequences of these decisions can be far more devastating than we realize, shaping not only our kids’ lives but our own sense of purpose and integrity.

This podcast is a space for fathers to confront these difficult truths, to examine how we navigate relationships with our partners or ex-partners, and to reflect on the mistakes we make along the way.

Through candid conversations and thoughtful insights, The Flawed Dad Podcast aims to help men break cycles, make better choices, and become more present, intentional fathers—no matter where they are on their journey.
