About This Podcast
Why do we plan for birth but not for the postpartum period?
The postpartum journey can feel lonely and overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. As a full-time postpartum doula and pediatric sleep consultant, I’ve made it my mission to help families navigate this transformative time with confidence and joy.
In this podcast, we’ll explore everything related to the postpartum period—offering practical tips, emotional support, and sleep strategies to help you feel prepared for life with your little one. I’ll also be joined by expert guests from a variety of fields, sharing their unique insights and specialties to help parents build confidence and feel supported through postpartum and beyond.
Think of me as your postpartum bestie, here to offer reassurance, guidance, and the tools you need to create a personalized postpartum plan that works for you.
Everyone deserves the postpartum experience they’ve dreamed of. Let’s build yours together!
