About This Podcast

Real talk about ADHD. Hosted by Kaleigh Smith, a registered psychotherapist in Ontario, ADHDebrief shines a light on ADHD and other mental health conditions through real, relatable conversations. With a focus on lived experience and personal stories, the podcast helps listeners better understand their own minds and makes space for informal, honest talk about mental health.

Kaleigh Smith is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) based in Ontario and the founder of Yellow Serenity Counselling & Psychotherapy, a neuroaffirming practice located in Barrie, Ontario. Kaleigh primarily works with ADHDers and first responders, bringing compassion, humour, and lived experience to the therapy room.

As the host of ADHDebrief, Kaleigh creates space for real stories about ADHD, mental health, therapy, and the realities of navigating the mental health system in Ontario. This podcast isn’t clinical advice—it’s a platform for lived experience, reflection, and understanding the human side of neurodivergence and healing.
