Welcome to All People Are Crazy! These conversations are to nudge your curiosity about mental health, fill in any gaps in your knowledge, and encourage you to make the difficult deal of taking your own advice.
This podcast series includes adult concepts, explicit language, discussions of mental health, mental illness suicide, trauma, violence, drugs and sex. But generally not all at the same time. Please be gentle with yourself and remember to seek support if you need it starting with family and friends, your general practitioner, and in Australia Lifeline on 13 11 14.
