About This Podcast
Arachnoiditis Unfiltered, founded by Steve Lovelace, xray tech & sports pioneer in triathlon & paratriathlon, and Sara Lewis, RN paralegal and patient advocate. Two medically retired/disabled professionals who have become powerful patient advocates with a shared mission to transform awareness, education, & care for those living with chronic pain and chronic disease.
Sara Lewis, RN, Paralegal, brings a rare perspective at the intersection of medicine, law, and patient advocacy. A graduate of Kent State University, using her clinical knowledge & lived experience to educate, challenge & drive meaningful change within the healthcare system.
Steve Lovelace is a pioneer in triathlon & paratriathlon who, after surviving a catastrophic accident that left him temporarily paralyzed, refused to let his injuries define his future, pushing the boundaries of endurance sport for athletes with disabilities & a grad of The Oklahoma University as a BSRT Radiological Technologist.
Together, they bridge clinical expertise, legal insight, & lived experiences to amplify patient voices & fight for meaningful change.
This isn’t just a podcast, it’s a movement!
