About This Podcast
Claire in a Chair is a podcast created to help teens feel supported, heard, and understood while navigating life. I talk about real struggles we all face like losing friends, dealing with anxiety, and learning to be okay with change. Through my episodes, I give you tools and new perspectives to grow and work through the challenges we all face!
On the podcast, I share conversations that are honest, relatable, and just fun. Episodes like “Asking My Guy Friends Questions,” “The Claire Conversation Formula,” “How to Cope With Anxiety,” and “How to Be Confident.” They are all about understanding yourself and the people around you better. I also interview really interesting guests from performers to nonprofit founders to CEOs so you can hear different perspectives and stories that might inspire you or help you see things in a new way!
