I’m Kama Newbry, a nurse, coach, educator, advocate, and daughter turned caregiver after my mom was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s in my early 30s. Like so many, I struggled to find support tailored to young caregivers—those of us balancing careers, identity, family dynamics, and deep soul shifts… all while caregiving.
