I’m on a mission to help people redefine themselves through honest conversations around health, purpose, fatherhood, faith, leadership, and personal growth.
After 20 years as a gym owner, coach, and personal trainer, I’ve realized that real transformation has very little to do with chasing perfection — and everything to do with becoming more honest about who you truly are.
This podcast is part life lessons, part self-reflection, and part message to my sons for someday when they’re older and trying to navigate life for themselves.
Through conversations with coaches, entrepreneurs, parents, athletes, and everyday people, we explore what it means to feel lost, rebuild yourself, lead by example, take care of your health, and create a life that actually feels aligned.
