About This Podcast

The Make Time For You Podcast goes way beyond simply preaching about the importance of self-care. Instead, it is dedicated to exploring how you can get the most out of your brain & body, so you can be healthier, feel happier and achieve the things that are really important to you in your life. Join me, Jo Plimmer - Physiotherapist, Health Coach & ex-GB age grouper triathlete - as each episode I explore what making time for you actually does for your brain & body. For example, what causes you to go from feeling super productive, on a roll and like you’re winning at life one day, to feeling overwhelmed and frantically jumping from task to task, all whilst questioning & doubting yourself the next? Make sure to tune in to find out! But not only that. Life doesn’t make it easy to make time for yourself, right?!
