This podcast will inspire you to take the path of MOST resistance for you to reach your FULL potential, to heal your body, work through your trauma, experience the WORLD, and FIND & LIVE IN YOUR PURPOSE.
I will be sharing my personal journey of taking the path of MOST resistance - share the hard times, good times, embarrassing times, heart breaks, relationship stories, travel stories, hormonal healing journey, trauma healing, and personal challenges in life and how I defeat(ed) and am DEFEATING the odds.
Along with my personal journey expect to hear from trauma healers, functional medicine doctors, health professionals, & other coaches for your (and my) education to learn more about our bodies, hormonal health, trauma healing tips / guidance, gut health and so much!
Hang tight, because the path of most resistance isn't always easy or pretty, but you can expect to push past the stereotypical lifestyle and time line, find your passion, follow your heart, experience things you never would have, do things that SCARE the hell out of you, and live in your purpose!
