About This Podcast

The Lunchbox Reformation is a pediatric nutrition podcast for parents seeking evidence-based guidance on infant feeding, toddler nutrition, and child health. Hosted by pediatrician and registered dietitian Dr. Liz Daniels, this show explores breastmilk, formula, supplements, picky eating, growth, and feeding anxiety—helping families cut through nutrition myths and build confident, guilt-free feeding practices rooted in real science. Food goes deep. It’s not until you start feeding your own children that many of us are suddenly reminded of our own childhood experiences with food. The comments that were made, arbitrary rules, feeding pressure, shame, and often our all-or-none thinking. Feeding our kids has a way of causing us to question our experience and rewrite perspectives on what health really is, and how we want their nutrition skills to develop. That’s where this podcast begins.
