As a therapist and educator specializing in paediatric neurodevelopmental therapy—and a parent of a neurodivergent child myself—I created this podcast to share real-life experiences, expert insights, and practical strategies. Each episode dives into topics like ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Dyslexia, and more, with the goal of helping parents feel more empowered, informed, and supported in their journey.
