About This Podcast
Pressure, burnout, and mental health challenges are becoming increasingly common in sports, from club levels to collegiate athletics. Not to mention in a social media-crazed world, the importance of relationships and values often take a backseat. The culture of sports is constantly evolving, and it can feel like athletes are faced with only two choices: walk away from the sport or leave behind a personal life. What if there was a middle ground between the extremes? A way to be involved in sports and enjoy the experience, while maximizing the lessons and relationships it can bring.
Welcome to The Sports Parent Experience! Team Beltramo wants to come alongside you, the sports parent, as you raise competitive athletes and even better humans.
